How do I join my new truck to a trucking company?

All my life I thought that having a truck that was beneficial, I am planning to buy one soon, but I don 't know the place to work. First of all, which is not a driver of trucks, nobody know anything about business. I think is a good idea to add the truck to a transport truck, but how can I do that?. As an Owner/Op, you have to find a company who contracts O/O’s and sign a deal with them. Usually a period of time for a set mileage rate. Some companies don’t hire O/O’s. JB Hunt hires them, or at least they have a program where they will sell you one of their trucks and part of the sale contract is an OO contract. It shouldn’t be too hard to find a company that does this. The ones that do love OOs because they don’t have to mess with maintenance.

you need to do all of your homework before investing in a truck. If you are not going to drive then you will have to hire a driver. This is a challenge in itself. You should do some research and call recruiting departments of many companies before you buy a truck. A good message board to check out is the following:

In the Midwest This Company has an excellent owner-operator program.
They also have trucks for sale
