As long as there’s no vehicles in your drive way, and they have the space to make the turn; it is perfectly legal for them to use your drive way.
Your driveway is on your property, yes. But it’s purpose is the facility of traffic. Either yours, or someone else’s. As long as they don’t block your driveway for long periods of time, or cause damage to your yard or something, they are not doing a single bit of harm to you.
Especially if the road prevents them from using other driveways, you should just accept that yours makes the most logical sense to use, and thus…they will use it.
If you want to encourage them to use another location, I recommend you encourage your neighbors to get bigger driveways.
leave your car on the end of the drive to stop the trucks.
you might want to speak to your council about getting signs at the end of the street saying “unsuitable for large vehicles” or even making the street one way.

Just call your city manager and the police department and they will handle this for you…..

Otherwise, let them do what they need to.

Can you tell us a bit more about why this bothers you?
Is it a territorial thing? Is your property being damaged? Is it loud vehicles at a time when you need sleep? Disturbs your dogs?
Just wondering.
Maybe traffic cones?

You could fence it off, but it if there was no space for them to turn around they would probably be just driving up on curbs and damaging your lawn!
