i would say a zero board with thunder trucks and element bearings and spit fire wheels
the board is light and the trucks are light and work good and the bearings are good and the spit fire wheels are small and this setup worked great and it all was like $115
Lightest setup(used by me and most professionals)- Sliver trucks, Bones wheels, Bones Swiss bearings, and Girl/Habitat/ Chocolate deck. Very light, and great pop for 360 flips and sorts.
