When cars go into shipping containers and onto car carriers, how do the drivers get out?

I know its a silly question but I saw today that a truck loaded with cars on it and the doors were so close to the edge, how can a person fit the beat of the car without the door? And when loading cars into containers, as people exit the car without beating the door? Anyone know?

na its not a silly question. pretty good actually. im not really sure but the platfoms the cars sit on are hydraulically powered to move up and down, getting cars on the top tier. they probably have a system or loading order, so that when it comes time to get out, the arms etc are moved out of the way and there is room enough to open the doors safely

depending on container sometimes they climb out window on car carriers there is always enough room the way they are designed to allow entry to vehicle
