you can go to the dealer, and they will either pay the registration fees and penalties you owe, or they will tack that on to the loan you will be getting from them. They should take care of all the paperwork for you, they want you to buy a car. Don’t cancel your insurance, pay for it, and transfer the car, once you know the vin. Good Luck.
You can’t drive a car without registration. But you can have it towed for a fee.
Perhaps you would be better off towing your car to a local car auction than to a dealer. There will be some competition among buyers at the auction. And you will probably get a better price.

Yes, but you can’t drive it to the dealer. He will either have to have it towed in if he has a truck, or you will have to pay to have it towed in.

doesnt make any diffrence to them, the next guy that buys the car will take care of it
