Before I installed an iPod-ready stereo, I used iTrip. It’s a system that broadcasts your iPod onto whichever FM station you assign. It’s versatile, small, and convenient. It does use up battery power, though. Cost me $25 about three years ago.

any FM transmitter will do just fine. if you’re looking for top quality i’d go for the Monster iPod Transmitter. it’s pricy but amazing quality
