You have only to pay the normal taxes in the USA. Of Course transport is extra. In your Country you hvae to pay some extra taxes, which may vary.

The export taxes are nothing, its the import taxes on the other side. Example, I brought an American car into Canada and had to pay the GST (general sales tax) on the purchase price of the vehicle. In my case it was 7% of a 30 thousand dollar car!
